You can request other than UPS ground by placing a note in your order form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to make arrangements.

In the event the item(s) you order are on backorder, we will notify you and include an estimated shipping date. Items that are available will be shipped immediately, and you will have the option to cancel any backordered items. We make every effort to ship multiple items in one package, however if we need to send multiple packages, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs.

At the moment, we can only accommodate one shipping address per order. To send items to multiple address, you will have to place multiple orders.

State laws require Decipher-Toys to collect 5% sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses, 8% on orders shipped to Texas and 7% to orders shipped to New Jersey. If your order is being shipped to any other state, there is no sales tax charged.

Decipher-Toys ships all packages via UPS - Ground. 2nd Day Air or Overnight can be arranged.

Sorry, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays.

We can make arrangements to ship to all of the above except P.O. boxes. u will have to contact us to make arrangements d get the cost.

We prefer to ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Other locations are possible. Contact us and give us the location. We can respond and let you know if shipping to that location is possible. The additional shipping costs to send to that location would be added to your credit card order.

You may return y unused item in its original packaging (suitable for resale), for y reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase ice, excluding shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee charged to by our distributor.
