How To Cancel An Order
Our goal is 100% satisfaction on all orders.
Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed. (Does not include Saturday, Sunday or Legal Holidays).
If for some reason you decide to cancel your order, we can provide you with a 100% refund as long as the order has not been shipped.
Contact us by email dave@decipher-toys.com as soon as possible, so we can stop shipment.
If you have ordered by credit card, your card account will be credited as soon as possible.
In some cases an item may be on backorder and shipping will be delayed. In this event you will be given the option to request a cancellation and a full refund.
If the order has been shipped you will need to return the item in the original container using the "Return Procedures" process. See "Return Procedures" section. Email us if you have any questions on the return policy.
