RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you are not happy with something you purchased. You can return all items, for any reason, for a refund, within 30 days of receipt.
See below for return instructions.
You may return any unused item in its original packaging (suitable for resale), for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
If a product is received damaged or not working, please contact us immediately for replacement parts or a full replacement of the entire unit.
However if a refund is necessary please email Decipher Toys at dave@decipher-toys.com to advise us of the problem and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#).
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number.
- Product SKU # or Product Name.
- Reason for the Return.
- Return for replacement, exchange, or refund.
- RAN#
Please use UPS or Parcel Post for all shipments for tracking purposes. This is for your protection.
When shipping your return, place the RAN#, and reason for return on the original packing slip. Also place the RAN# on the shipping lable. Make sure the package is wrapped and packaged tightly and a copy of the shipping lable is inside the package. This too is for your protection.
