- Decipher Toys will use UPS for most shipping. However we will also use Federal Express (FedEx), the United States Postal Service (USPS) and various other freight carriers from time to time. We try to use the best price shipping for your area.
- Please note that Decipher Toys ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- To expedite delivery most items will ship directly from the factory.

FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS OVER $99.00*
- Applies only to orders over $99.00 of merchandise, and does not include taxes or shipping cost.
- Additional charges will apply for all express shipping requests.
- Applies to all United States delivery addresses but does not include Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other non-mainland United States addresses and international addresses. (See Non-Continental U.S. Shipping Rate Information)
- Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
- You will not receive FREE Shipping on an order if any eligible items are cancelled, bringing the total to $99 or below.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or change the FREE Shipping at any time.
- At times special product, order, or handling fees may still apply but you will be informed of them before your order is shipped.
- Oversize item charges are possible and will be added to the product price in your shopping cart. You will also be informed prior to shipping of these charges.

NON-CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES SHIPPING INFORMATION
- You will need to E-MAIL us for shipping charges to all other areas outside the Continental United States.
- These will be additional charges added to your order.
- You will be notified of these charges prior to your card being billed or items shipped.
- There are some countries in the world that we cannot ship.
- Some products cannot be shipped to all countries due to size and weight.
- It is not possible to determine how long delivery will take to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other countries.
EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS
- Next Day, Two Day, and Third Day shipping is available for some items.
- If you want to have items sent to you by express mail you will need to indicate this on the comments section of the order form.
- We will contact you by e-mail or telephone with the exact express shipping charges and your credit card will be charged the additional amount prior to shipping.
- Please e-mail us for Express Shipping Charges of any item before shipping.
